Step-by-step Instructions

Request Page Overview

Customers can access the booking page through various methods, such as a link on your company website, a QR code on marketing materials, or promotional emails and texts.

On the left side of the booking page, customers will see your company details, including the logo, company blurb, and contact information. The main content area displays the information and fields required for each step.

Request Details

The first step captures the basic details of the request. The customer will need to select from one of three options, each of which maps to a job class back in Breezy.

The three options are:

  • Maintenance: I'd like a maintenance for my equipment

  • Service: My Equipment isn't functioning as expected

  • Sales: I'm interested in replacing my current equipment

Once a selection is made, they'll be asked to select an equipment type.

Finally, the customer will be asked to provide any additional information pertaining to the request.

Availability

For the next step, the customer will be asked to provide their preferred date and time of day. They must provide at least one option but can provide an additional one if necessary.

The time of day ranges are:

  • 8 AM – 11 AM

  • 11 AM – 2 PM

  • 2 PM – 5 PM

Contact Info

This section directs the customer through a workflow based on whether or not they are an existing customer.

If they select "Yes", they will be asked to provide their service address.

If their account is found, they'll be able to view a snippet of their information to confirm that the correct account has been found.

If it's incorrect, they can click on the "contact form" link to enter in their details, or go back to the previous step and try again.

If their account is not found, they'll see the full contact form to complete.

If the customer has selected "No" for being previously served, they will be asked to enter in their name, phone number, and service location.

Submit Request

Before submitting, the customer will be able to review the request details. They can make any changes by using the "Back" button.

Once submitted, they'll see a confirmation page that also displays a banner that communicates what they should do if they require immediate service. The text in that banner is completely customizable.

And that's it for the request workflow!
