Creating a Job

Scheduling a visit for a technician from within the Schedule is a simple process.

To begin, click and drag on a technician's timeline.

This will trigger the "Create Event" modal. By default, "New Job" will be selected for the event type. Select a Job Type.

You'll then be asked to select the visit type and set the arrival window. Click on "Continue" when ready.

This will trigger the standard "Create New Job" workflow. Choose if its a new customer or an existing one.

Then complete the job form as you normally would.

Click on "Create Job" and you'll be taken back to the Schedule.

You'll now see that a Visit has been scheduled and assigned for that time slot.

And that's it! You now know how to Create Jobs from within the Schedule.
