Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to the Schedule Page
From your Breezy dashboard, navigate to the Schedule page.
2. Open the Visit Details
Locate the visit you want to resend the confirmation for and click on it.
This will open the Visit Details drawer on the right side of the screen.
3. Access the Options Menu
In the Visit Details section, click on the More (•••) button.
From the dropdown menu, select Resend Booking Confirmation.
4. Choose Delivery Method
Select how you’d like to send the confirmation:
Email
Text Message (SMS)
You can update or confirm the recipient’s email address or phone number before sending.
5. Send the Confirmation
Once everything looks correct, click Send Confirmation.
✅ That’s it!
The customer will receive a fresh copy of their booking confirmation instantly, ensuring they have all the correct visit details.
