Schedule Page
To resend a Visit Booking Confirmation, navigate to the Schedule page.
From there, click on the visit to display the Visit Details drawer.
Under the "Visit Details" section, click on the "β’β’β’" more button and select "Resend Booking Confirmation".
You can then select how you'd like the send the confirmation and specify the email address or phone number of the customer.
Click on "Send Confirmation" when ready to complete the process.
And that's it! The customer will now receive the resent booking confirmation.
