Managing your account list in Breezy is important to keep things organized and clutter-free. Sometimes you may need to archive an account—such as when a customer moves away or you decide you no longer wish to do business with them.
Archiving is different from deleting. Breezy does not support permanent deletion of accounts. Instead, archiving removes the account from common views and searches while preserving all historical records (jobs, invoices, payments, etc.) for reference.
Archiving an Account
Navigate to the Accounts List Page in Breezy.
Locate the account you want to archive.
Open the account record.
Select the option to Archive Account.
Once archived:
The account will no longer appear in standard search results.
All history associated with the account (jobs, invoices, payments) remains accessible if needed.
Unarchiving an Account
If you need to bring an archived account back into use, you can easily unarchive it.
Go to the Accounts List Page.
Adjust your filters to include Archived Accounts.
Locate the account you want to restore.
Open the record and choose Unarchive Account.
The account will return to your active account list and appear in searches once again.
Key Notes
Archiving is a reversible action. You can unarchive at any time.
Archived accounts are hidden from day-to-day workflows but are never deleted.
Use archiving to keep your active account list focused on current customers.
👉 By using archive and unarchive tools, you can keep your workspace streamlined without losing important customer history.
