The General Settings section in Breezy lets you configure your company’s timezone, set your business hours, and manage ID counters for jobs, invoices, estimates, and accounts. These settings help keep your operations consistent across scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping.
Company Timezone
Your company’s timezone determines how times are displayed in Breezy for scheduling, dispatching, and reporting.
Use the dropdown menu to select your Company Timezone (e.g., America/Denver).
Click Save Timezone to apply the change.
⚠️ All times throughout Breezy will reflect this setting, so be sure to choose the correct timezone for your office.
Business Hours
Business hours define when your company is open and available for scheduling jobs.
Business Start Hour (24-Hour format): The time your business day begins (e.g.,
7
= 7:00 AM).Business End Hour (24-Hour format): The time your business day ends (e.g.,
20
= 8:00 PM).
Once you’ve entered your preferred times, click Save Working Hours to lock in your company schedule.
These hours are used throughout Breezy to align appointments and dispatch availability.
ID Counters
ID Counters control the numbering sequence for new records created in Breezy. This ensures your jobs, invoices, and estimates follow a consistent numbering pattern.
Jobs: The next job will be numbered automatically (e.g.,
#1529
).Invoices: The next invoice will be numbered automatically (e.g.,
#2225
).Estimates: The next estimate will be numbered automatically (e.g.,
#321
).Accounts: The next account will be numbered automatically (e.g.,
#23
).
To update any counter:
Click Edit next to the current counter.
Enter the new number you’d like Breezy to use for the next record.
Save your changes.
👉 Keep in mind: Updating an ID counter only affects new records going forward. Existing jobs, invoices, estimates, or accounts will not be renumbered.
