Integrating QuickBooks Online (QBO) with Breezy allows you to streamline your bookkeeping, sync invoices and payments, and keep your financial data accurate and up to date.
Follow the steps below to connect your Breezy account to QuickBooks Online.
1. Open the QuickBooks Online Integration Page
From your Breezy dashboard, navigate to Settings using the left-side menu.
This is where you can access integration options, company configuration, and additional account settings.

2. Select “QuickBooks Online” under Integrations
In the Settings page, scroll down to the Integrations section.
Click QuickBooks Online to open the connection page.

3. Begin the Connection Process
Click the Connect to QuickBooks button.
This will open a secure QuickBooks login window where you can authorize Breezy to sync with your account.

4. Sign In to QuickBooks Online
A new QuickBooks login window will appear.
Enter your Intuit email address or user ID, and follow the on-screen steps to approve the integration.
Once authorized, Breezy will establish a secure connection with your QBO account.

5. Complete Authentication
After signing in and granting permission, you’ll be redirected back to Breezy.
Your QBO integration will now be active, and Breezy will begin syncing financial data according to your account settings.
You're All Set!
Your Breezy account is now connected to QuickBooks Online.
