How to use Breezy to prepare for an appointment:
Look at your Appointments Homepage to see Today's Appointments, Upcoming Appointments, and Previous Appointments
Click on the location to pull up Google Maps and navigate to your Appointment
Click on the Appointment itself to see more information on who you're meeting, any background from your CSR, details on the Equipment you'll be working on, any Photos or Notes on this customer, and prior Appointments completed for the customer.
