0:00 Hello, and welcome to Breezy. In this video, we are going to be looking at how to create a new maintenance plan from the field, on the fly, as a technician.

0:08 So we're already set up on the job here, as you can see, we're in the technician app, we're also clocked into a job, and we've already marked on route and in progress.

0:16 So we're there, we're working, we've been on the job for 18 minutes, we managed to sell the customer on a maintenance plan.

0:22 Let's set it up. Come on over to this blue plus, hit that, and you'll notice an option that says create maintenance plan.

0:28 Let's, hit that, and now you have a pretty simple workflow here to get through. All it is, is you have your equipment over here that you are including, and covered, has covered by the maintenance plan.

0:37 In this case, I've only got one option because this one's not currently coverable. That's based on settings that are established on the, office side of the breezy app.

0:46 So, go ahead and talk to somebody from your admin team if you have questions about if those settings are accurate, but that's controlled by your team.

0:53 In this case, this is likely a unit that is probably too old or something like that to qualify for a maintenance plan.

0:59 But you can also add. Add new equipment if you need to cover something else under this plan that's not listed, I'm not already associated with the account, and also edit an existing equipment item if you need to.

1:08 Lots of stuff you can do here. Just select whatever you want included, and then go ahead and hit next, and as you're reviewing, you'll notice on the right hand side you do so happy.

1:16 The ability to edit some of this information. You can still change the account, the service location, the equipment, in this case it's label number one because there could be a list of multiple items, but in this case it's just the one.

1:26 Um, and then you'll notice the plan type, in this case there is no edit button, and that's a very simple reason, that's just because the- the account that I'm working in right now has only one kind of maintenance plan.

1:35 We just have one across the board maintenance plan for all of our residential customers, and you see that reflected here so it's automatically selected and I can't change that because there are no other options.

1:45 However, if you work for a company that has multiple levels, maybe you have a- . On the silver and gold, or maybe you call it something different, but regardless you have multiple options for maintenance plans, you would be able to click edit here and change that plan as desired for this particular customer

1:59 . You'll see we have our base cost here. Once again, that's controlled by your team in their setting- That is, on the office side, so go ahead and talk with somebody from your team if you feel something's off there, your team has full control over that, but in this particular case we have that set to

2:13 six dollars a month. You can also come down here to create a discount or an upcharge. You can- . . pile it in there, we're gonna call it four dollar a month upcharge for every reason, we're now at ten dollars a month, you can hit save plan and then you'll be done.

2:28 That is how you can create a maintenance plan from the field as a technician on the fly. Of this has been helpful, visit the Help Center for more support resources and reach out to a team member if you still have some extra questions.

2:38 Thanks so much and I hope you have a great day.
