How Nonprofits can get started with using Change

Creating an account on Change

  • Next, you will need to confirm your email.

  • Go to your email inbox and click Verify now.

  • You will be then directed back to the Change signup flow. Enter your nonprofit's EIN and click Continue.

  • Select your nonprofit and click Yes, continue to claim. If the nonprofit is incorrect, click That's not my nonprofit and re-enter your EIN.

  • You're in! The next step is to add your bank account for automatic payouts. Connecting your bank account will also provide additional donation and donor information.

  • Please make sure to add your full account number and routing number.

  • Please note: When registering with an email domain that doesn't match your organization's domain, you will be prompted to verify the organization. This will include uploading a bank statement or voided check, which our team will then review and approve/reject accordingly.
