You can create a recipe book from multiple places in meez. It's so easy. And remember, recipes can live in as many recipe books as you like, so go nuts and stay organized.
These are the ways you can create a new Recipe Book:
Create a Recipe Book while creating a new recipe
After you select +New → Recipe and enter a name for the new recipe, type the name of the Recipe Book you'd like to create and select "Add new recipe called..." from the pop up menu.
IMPORTANT: The new Recipe Book you create will only be visible in the same Concepts and Locations you've selected for the new Recipe you are creating.
Create a Recipe Book from the +New Button
Start by selecting +New → Recipe Book at the top right of your screen. Type the name of the Recipe Book you want to create and select which Concept(s) and Location(s) it belongs to in your account.
Recipe Book "Ownership" Settings:
Your new Recipe Book will only be visible to Team Members who are assigned to at least one of the same Concepts or Locations as the Recipe Book.
Once you've created a Recipe Book and assigned it a Concept and Location, you cannot change this setting. If you want to change the "ownership" of a Recipe Book, you will need to create a new one and add the contents of the original book to it.
IMPORTANT: Do not select "Personal" as the location unless you want to keep the recipe book and it's contents private from your team.
Creating a Recipe Book from Your Home Page
When adding a single recipe to a Recipe Book -
In the Recipe Table on your meez Home Page, click the three dots to the right of the recipe name and select "Add to Recipe Book" from the drop down menu.
Type the name of the Recipe Book you want to create and select "Add new recipe called..." from the drop down menu.
IMPORTANT: The new Recipe Book you create will belong to the same Concepts and Locations as the recipe you are adding to it.
When adding multiple recipes to a Recipe Book -
In the Recipe Table on your meez Home Page, select multiple recipes by checking the box to the left of each recipe name and select "Add to Recipe Book" from the icons that appear at the top of the list.
Type the name of the Recipe Book you want to create and select "Add new recipe called..." from the drop down menu.
IMPORTANT: The new Recipe Book you create will belong to the same Concepts and Locations as the recipes have selected to add.
