How to remove view access to recipes and recipes books from teammates.

Viewers and granting view access is available to:

  • Plans: Business, Premium, and Premium Plus

  • Team Members: Account Owner, Editors, and Managers

View access can be granted three ways on meez.

  1. Granting view access to an entire location or concept through the team management page.

  2. Giving view access to a specific recipe book on your account.

  3. Allowing view access to a specific recipe.

Remove view access from a team member that has been set as a viewer to an account, concept or location.

This removal is done from the Manage Team page on the applications side menu.

  1. Click on the three lines in the upper left corner of the app.

  2. Next click on manage team.

  3. You will see a list of your team members, find that team member you wish to remove and click the three dots to the far right of the row their name is on.

  4. From the drop down menu select edit team member if you wish to just change their access removal from one location or concept but not all.

  5. Check the dots to either have View Access or No Access.

  6. If you are looking to remove the team member all together, from the three dots drop down click Remove team member.

Remove view access from a recipe book.

  1. First navigate to the recipe book that you had granted the view access to.

  2. Next click on the circled (i) in the top middle of the app.

  3. From the drop down click on the arrow next to Access.

  4. Find the name of the person you want to remove access.

  5. On the far right after the date are three dots, click three dots.

  6. Select Remove access.

  1. Navigate to the recipe page that the viewer has access to.

  2. On the Prep Method tab scroll down to the Additional Details section.

  3. Click on the Access section

  4. Find the name of the person you want to remove access.

  5. On the far right after the date are three dots, click three dots.

  6. Select Remove access.
