This is how to make a private reservation
Once you have downloaded the app and created an account:
Go to the "Play" section and click on "book a court"
Select the sport you want to play
Choose where you want to play (Place, club name, postcode)
Select the date and time
Apply the filters (Distance filter, duration, type, features, size)
You will see the list of Clubs according to your filters. Click on a Club, select the available time, and then choose a court in the section "book a court"
Choose if you want to pay your part (split payment) or if you want to pay everything. In the same screen you will see the cancellation policy of that Club. Click on "continue payment"
Choose the payment method and click on "pay"
Once you have paid, your reservation is made
💡 Please note that if you are viewing your future booking on the playtomic.io website, it will show as pending (pending to be played).
Friendly or competitive private reservations
By default, all private reservations are confirmed in competitive mode. Once your booking is confirmed, it will be possible to change to friendly or competitive mode or vice versa. You can read more about it here.
Remember that if you select the split payment option, you will have to add all players to your booking so that they can pay their spot. If you decide single payment mode, you pay everything, and you are not obliged to add players.
