Extra charges from pending payments

If you think you have been charged by error or you have a pending payment on your profile, it is because you are the owner of a split payment reservation and the other players you invited to play with, did not pay their share.

Split payment considerations

🎾 If you do not invite any players to join you in the match, you will be charged for the total reservation fee, 2 hours after the match ends:

✅ If you did invite other players to your match and the other players do not pay their share, you will be charged for their part, 2 hours after the reservation ends:

If one or more players paid their share at the club, the club is responsible for marking this as paid on your booking. If the club does not mark it as paid, you will be charged for the pending payment of that player/s. In this case, you have to ask to the Club for a refund.

Pending Payments and Debts explained

💰 Pending payments: These are generated to the owner of the reservation if any of the other invited players (to split the payment) did not pay their share up to 2 hours after the reservation ends or if the Club did not process a quick pay for one of the players if they chose to pay at the Club.

💰 Debts: These are created automatically if the pending payments are not paid automatically by a credit card that is stored in the Playtomic profile of the owner of the reservation. Debts must be paid off until you can make another reservation. Debts can be paid by all payment methods, except Club Wallet.

🚨 IMPORTANT: Playtomic assumes the players debt and not the Club where you play. Due to this, the Club cannot clear the debt for you.
