🚨 Once you have completed the initial levelling questions, your level cannot be changed through the app.

The only way to increase your level is participating in a levelling session in leveling clubs.

Soon you will have the opportunity to participate in levelling events with Playtomic-certified instructors all over the country. These events are already available in major cities, and appear in the activity section of the club page on the Playtomic app.

I want to lower my level because it is too high, what can I do?

If you would like to lower your level, please tell us what level you would like to have and we will proceed to change it.

I have participated in a leveling session but my level has been not changed yet, what can I do?

If you have already participated in a levelling session but your level has not yet been changed keep in mind that it may take up to 15 days to be modified. If 15 days have already passed and it has not yet been modified please contact the Club directly.
