In the campaign’s Accounts tab, you add the mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts you want the campaign to use. GetReplies automatically assigns each contact to a specific account and manages rotation.
How rotation works
When a campaign runs, GetReplies assigns each contact to a specific mailbox and LinkedIn account. The assignment is sticky — once a contact is assigned to an account, all subsequent messages to that contact go from the same account for the entire sequence duration.
This matters for continuity. If Lisa sends the connection request, Lisa also sends the follow-up message. If Fiona's mailbox sends the first email, Fiona's mailbox sends all subsequent emails to that contact. The prospect always sees the same sender throughout the sequence.
| ⚙ How GetReplies chooses which account to use |
Step 1 | Contact assigned to the account with the most remaining daily quota |
Step 2 | If that account’s quota is exhausted, it moves to the next available account |
Step 3 | All subsequent steps for that contact use the same assigned account |
Rotation | Automatic — no manual management needed |
Quota full | If all accounts are at quota, the step waits until the next day |
New accounts | Add new mailboxes or LinkedIn accounts to a running campaign at any time |
Adding accounts to a campaign
Go to your campaign → Accounts tab.
Click Add email account and select from your connected mailboxes, or click Add LinkedIn account.
You can add as many accounts as you have connected — there is no per-campaign limit.
Click Save. The rotation is configured automatically.
You can add accounts to a running campaign
If you connect a new mailbox or LinkedIn account after a campaign has started, you can add it to the campaign immediately. It joins the rotation from that day forward.
Contacts already mid-sequence continue from their original account. New contacts added after the account joins are eligible for the new account.
