How the Unified Inbox works

Understand what the inbox shows, how replies are collected from all your accounts, and how it is organised.

When a contact replies to your outreach — on any channel, from any account — GetReplies detects the reply, stops the sequence for that contact, and routes the reply into the Unified Inbox. You don’t need to check multiple mailboxes or log into LinkedIn separately. Everything comes to you.

What appears in the inbox

Email replies. Any reply to a campaign email, from any of your connected mailboxes. Displayed with an email icon and the mailbox address it was received on.

LinkedIn replies. Any LinkedIn message reply or connection acceptance with a note. Displayed with a LinkedIn icon and the LinkedIn account it was received on.

Replies from all campaigns, all mailboxes, and all LinkedIn accounts appear in a single combined view. You can filter by channel, by campaign, by sentiment, or by account if you need to narrow down.

How replies are synced

GetReplies syncs replies from your mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts on a continuous basis. The full conversation history is always available in one place, regardless of which interface you used to send individual replies.

GetReplies syncs replies from only those contacts who you have reached out from GetReplies. Any other conversations on that mailbox or LinkedIn account are not synced.

Replies you send from your email client appear in GetReplies

If you reply to a campaign thread from Gmail or Outlook — rather than from the GetReplies inbox — the reply will still sync into GetReplies and appear in the conversation thread.

The same is true for LinkedIn. If you reply to a LinkedIn message from your LinkedIn account directly, it will sync back to the GetReplies inbox. You don’t have to use GetReplies exclusively to keep the history complete.
