Variables vs [Placeholders]
Anything that is enclosed in square brackets are placeholders in the message. These are not variables.
Variables have a blue or red tag.
The platform replaces only variables and not placeholders.
Replacing [Placeholders]
Manually: You can update the messages by replacing placeholder manually. For example: If there is a placeholder [Pain point], then relace it with the right pain point for the ICP that you are running the campaign for.
Agentic: The agent asks some information in the chat window. If you provide the required information, the message placeholders are replaced by the agent. Important to note that if you have changed the sequence, save it before asking the agent to update the messages.
