Connecting your Calendly or HubSpot meeting link lets Spear add it straight into your campaign copy through the {calendar_link} placeholder. That way, every sequence uses your live booking link, and your meeting data stays accurate.
Step 1: Open your calendar settings
In Profile settings, click Configuration, then click Connect Calendly (or Connect HubSpot, depending on the tool you use).
Step 2: Log in to your calendar
Enter your Calendly email credentials to authorize the connection.
Step 3: Select your meeting link
From the Calendar link dropdown, choose the meeting link you want to use, then click Save. You can also turn on Enter custom link to paste a link manually.
Expected result: once connected, the {calendar_link} placeholder is automatically populated in your campaign copy. Add it anywhere in your sequence where you want the prospect to book a meeting.
