Integrating Spear with Zapier
Zapier allows you to connect Spear with thousands of applications such as Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, and many others. With this integration, you can automate repetitive tasks and ensure that your prospect data flows seamlessly.
Prerequisites
An active Zapier account
Admin access to your Spear account
Step 1: Go to Settings → Integrations → Connect to Zapier
Step 2: Log into your Zapier account and authorize the connection.
Authorize Connection: Log in to your Zapier account when prompted and authorize Spear to grant access.
Step 3: Create a new Zap. Select Spear as the trigger app and choose a trigger event (e.g., "New Prospect Booked").
Step 4: Select your action app (e.g., HubSpot, Slack, Google Sheets) and configure the action
Step 5: Test and activate your Zap
Expected result
Once your Zap is active, data will flow automatically between Spear and your selected app based on the trigger and action you configured.
