Prospects are pre-allocated to campaigns depending on ICP definition. If several campaigns have the same ICP, the system randomly allocates them. Before prospects are approved, they can be manually moved to a different campaign or profile.
How to move prospects in Suggestions to a different campaign
If a suggestion landed in the wrong campaign, you can move it in two ways from the Suggestions tab: with the bulk action, or from the Campaign field.
Option 1: Move one or several suggestions with the bulk action
Open the Suggestions tab
Click the checkbox to the left of the prospect(s) you want to move
Click "Move to campaign"
In the pop-up, choose the destination campaign
Click Confirm
Option 2: Move a single suggestion from the Campaign field
Open the Suggestions tab and find the suggestion you want to move.
On the suggestion, open the Campaign field. It's a dropdown that lists the campaigns this suggestion can move into.
Select the destination campaign. The Move to campaign window opens with that campaign already chosen.
Confirm the move in that window. If you're asked about the first message, make your choice and confirm. Click Cancel to move nothing.
How to move prospects in Suggestions to a different profile
Reassigning to a different profile ensures the prospect is approached by the most relevant sender, maximizing conversion based on expertise or match.
Open the Suggestions tab
Click the checkbox to the left of the prospect(s) you want to reassign
Click "Move to another profile"
In the pop-up, choose the profile and campaign
Click Confirm
