Prospects are pre-allocated to campaigns depending on ICP definition — if several campaigns have the same ICP, the system randomly allocates them. Before prospects are approved, they can be manually moved to a different campaign or profile.
How to move prospects in Suggestions to a different campaign
Open the Suggestions tab
Click the checkbox to the left of the prospect(s) you want to move
Click "Move to campaign"
In the pop-up, choose the destination campaign
Click Confirm
How to move prospects in Suggestions to a different profile
Reassigning to a different profile ensures the prospect is approached by the most relevant sender, maximizing conversion based on expertise or match.
Open the Suggestions tab
Click the checkbox to the left of the prospect(s) you want to reassign
Click "Move to another profile"
In the pop-up, choose the profile and campaign
Click Confirm
