FAQ: Can I move a prospect to a different campaign? When and how?

Yes — but it depends on the prospect's current status.

Rules by status

  • In Queue: Can move to any active New Prospects campaign

  • Connection Request sent: Cannot move — outreach already started

  • Connected / Replied / Interested: Can move to an Existing Network campaign

  • Booked / Archived: Cannot move

How to move from the Prospects tab

  1. Go to the Prospects tab.

  2. Select the prospect using the checkbox.

To select all prospects at once, click the checkbox in the column header (top-left of the list) or press the Select all [X] prospects.

  3. Click the action button → Move to Campaign

4. Select the target campaign

How to move a single prospect from the Messages tab

  1. Go to the Messages tab.

  2. Click the prospect in the list.

  3. In the prospect card on the right, open the Campaign field. It's the same campaign dropdown you see on the suggestion card, and it only lists the campaigns this prospect can move into.

  4. Select the target campaign. The Move to campaign window opens with that campaign already chosen.

  5. Confirm the move in that window. If you're asked about the first message, make your choice, then click Move prospects. Click Cancel to move nothing; the card stays open.

The Campaign field is a dropdown only on the card opened from the Messages tab. On the Prospects tab it stays plain text, so use Move to Campaign there.

If the prospect can't be moved (for example, the status is Connection request or Booked, they're already being nurtured, or a suggestion is in progress), the Campaign dropdown is disabled. Hover over it to see why.
