The inbox is filtered by default to show only conversations with Replied, Interested, Pending Booked, and Booked statuses. This keeps your view focused once many messages are out.
If you're not seeing all your messages, your filters are active, and nothing is missing.
How to see all messages
Step 1: Go to your Inbox.
Step 2: Look for the active filters at the top of the conversation list.
Step 3: Click Clear filters to see all conversations regardless of status.
Default statuses shown
Replied: Prospect responded to your message.
Interested: Prospect showed buying intent.
Pending booked: A meeting is being scheduled but isn't confirmed yet.
Booked: A meeting was booked.
Messages in other statuses such as Connection Request, Connected, or In Sequence are hidden by default but still exist. Clear the filters to access them.
