See campaign potential at a glance. New columns show prospect counts, the ICP score adapts to your qualification rules, and empty campaigns turn red.

What changed

The campaigns list now shows you how many prospects each campaign can access and flags campaigns that have no prospects at all. Inside a campaign, your ICP score adjusts based on how well your qualification rules perform. It's faster and clearer to spot which campaigns are worth your time.

Where to find these changes

All changes appear in:

  • The campaigns list (standard campaigns and event campaigns)

  • Inside each individual campaign

"Potential (~)" Column

This column shows the count of prospects Spear can surface from your ICP. The number includes:

  • Prospects matching your ICP

  • Monitored prospects (counted toward potential, not yet in your queue)

The number excludes:

  • Prospects excluded via exclusion lists

  • Prospects denied by your qualification rules

Use this to prioritize campaigns. Higher potential = more prospects to work through.

List-Only Campaigns Show Upload Count

If you uploaded a list of prospects to a campaign (instead of building it with your ICP), the campaigns list now shows how many prospects you uploaded. If you haven't uploaded a list yet, it shows a "-".

Campaigns With No Prospects Turn Red

If a campaign has zero matching prospects, it turns red and displays a flag: "No prospects at all".

This happens when:

  • Your ICP is too narrow (no one matches)

  • Your qualification rules are filtering everyone out

  • You haven't uploaded a list yet

To fix it, either widen your ICP, adjust your qualification rules, or upload a prospect list.

Auto prospecting off: If auto prospecting is turned off on a standard or event campaign, the row is no longer red, even if it has no prospects. The alert triangle stays. Turn auto prospecting back on and the row turns red again if the campaign still has no prospects.

Quick Summary

Check your campaigns list for:

  • Potential (~) column → How many prospects the campaign can access

  • Red flags → Campaigns with zero prospects need attention (not shown when auto prospecting is off)

  • List upload count → For list-only campaigns, how many you uploaded

Use these signals to decide which campaigns deserve your focus.
