Step 2: Wait for Your Email

The Social Platform will send you an email with the files. It can take up to 24 hours to receive the archive in the email inbox associated with your Social Platform account.

You might receive two separate emails from The Social Platform: Part 1 (arrives quickly) and Part 2 (which contains your connections file). You have 72 hours to download both parts once they arrive.

Step 3: Download and Find Your Connections File

  1. When both parts arrive, download each ZIP file from the links in your emails.

  2. Open each ZIP folder and look for a file named Connections.csv (or connections.csv).

Note: The connections file is typically in Part 2 of the archive. If you don't see it in Part 1, check your email for Part 2.

Step 4: Upload to Spear

  1. Go to Org Settings → Company Network in Spear.

  2. Find your name and click the three dots, then select Upload connections.

  3. Select the Connections.csv file you downloaded from The Social Platform.

Your connection count will update in Spear shortly after the upload completes.

Next Steps

Once your connections are uploaded, you will be able to run existing network campaigns and find warm paths to prospects—any connection someone in your organization already knows.

Keep it fresh: Re-upload your connections every few months so Spear stays up to date with new connections you've made on The Social Platform.
