How to archive a campaign

Archiving removes a campaign from your active list. All its data stays in your analytics. You can restore it later.

Prerequisites: to archive a campaign, you must first turn off both:

  • Auto prospecting (toggle off)

  • Auto sequence (toggle off)

These toggles are located in the campaign row. Once both are off, the archive option becomes available.

Steps to archive

  1. Go to your Campaigns page.

  2. Find the campaign you want to archive.

  3. Turn off the Auto prospecting toggle.

  4. Turn off the Auto sequence toggle.

  5. Click the row menu (three dots) on the right side of the campaign row.

  6. Select Archive campaign (or Archive event if it's an event group).

  7. Confirm the action.

What happens when you archive

  • The campaign is removed from your active campaigns list.

  • All performance data and prospects remain intact.

  • The campaign appears in your Archived count (visible in the top right).

  • You can still view archived campaigns' analytics.

How to restore an archived campaign

  1. Click the Archived button in the top right (shows the count of archived campaigns).

  2. Find the campaign you want to restore.

  3. Click the row menu and select Restore campaign (or Restore event).

  4. The campaign returns to your active list in paused mode.

  5. Turn on Auto prospecting and/or Auto sequence to resume activity.
