Four steps, about ten minutes, and you end with work you can use rather than a tour you have to remember.
1. Add your own handle
My Brand, then Profile, then Your socials & website. Search for your handle or paste your profile URL.
This is not a login. Vamos reads what is public on that profile, which gives it your baseline: how many views you normally get, so it can tell a good post of yours from an ordinary one. It also gives it real samples of how you write.
If your account is private, skip this. Nothing can be read from a private profile.
2. Add a few creators worth watching
Creators, then search by handle or topic, then Add to watchlist.
Three to five competitors is enough to start. Ten or more makes a real difference to what the weekly brief finds, but you do not need them today.
Vamos starts scanning as soon as you add them. It takes a minute or two, then their recent videos and numbers appear on the Watchlist.
3. Ask for something real
Open a chat and give it an actual job rather than a test question. Something like:
Break down @competitor's best videos from the last 90 days. Tell me which ones beat their own average and what made them work.
Watch what happens above the answer. Vamos will tell you when it is reading a profile, watching a video, or pulling comments, so you can see where the answer came from rather than taking it on trust.
Then ask for the next step in the same chat: turn the strongest of those into a script for me. Staying in the chat is both cheaper and better, because Vamos still has everything it read.
4. Fill in the rest of My Brand
My Brand shows how complete your profile is and what is missing. There is a Complete in chat button that has Vamos interview you for the gaps, which is faster than typing into boxes.
The part worth doing properly is your voice. Add a few things you have written or posted, and Vamos derives your voice from them. It tells you how solid that voice is and what would sharpen it, and the target is around ten samples.
Then leave it running
Your weekly brief is already on. It arrives Monday morning, free, and it gets better the more you have set up.
