Workspaces

Running several brands or clients in one account, and what each workspace keeps separate.

A workspace is a separate working context for one brand or one client. Switch between them in the sidebar.

What each one keeps separate

Its own My Brand, including the voice and the content pillars. Its own Watchlists. Its own Routines and weekly brief. Its own chats, docs and Collections.

Nothing leaks between them. A draft written in one client's workspace is written in that client's voice, because the workspace is the boundary.

What is shared

Credits. They belong to the account, not to the workspace. Three workspaces draw on one balance.

Your login and your account settings are shared too.

How many you get

Free and Pro have one. Business includes three. Beyond that, extra workspaces are available for a monthly fee per workspace. See Plans, credits and prices.

Creating one

New workspace in the sidebar or in Settings, then Workspaces. Name it, and you are taken through a short setup for its brand.

Set up My Brand for a new workspace before doing real work in it. A workspace with an empty brand writes for nobody, and that is more obvious on a client account than on your own.

Who this is for

Agencies and freelancers running several clients, and anyone running more than one brand.

If you have one brand on several platforms, that is one workspace. Platforms are handles inside My Brand, not separate workspaces.

If you downgrade

Workspaces above your new limit are locked rather than deleted. Nothing inside them is lost, and they open again if you upgrade.

Deleting one

Permanent, and it takes everything in that workspace with it. Do it when a client relationship ends, not to tidy up.
