With WAX, you can easily manage your customers' preferences for WhatsApp communications. Opt a customer in to receive your messages or opt them out to stop sending, directly from the interface.
A customer opted out of WhatsApp via WAX will no longer receive any communication from you: campaigns, automations, or manual messages from an agent.
To stop sending WhatsApp communications to a customer:
Access the contact's profile in WAX via the inbox: https://app.getwax.io/inbox
Click the "Opt-out" button located in the top right corner of the interface.
This will disable WhatsApp message delivery for this customer.
To allow a customer to receive WhatsApp communications again:
To reactivate a customer and include them in your communications:
Access the contact's profile.
Click on "Opt-in."
The customer will once again be eligible to receive your WhatsApp campaigns.
