To activate automatic replies:
Go to your flow Settings
Enable automatic messages (greetings message)
Customize your message

You can select an existing flow or template as your automatic reply.
Ideal for:
Providing richer and contextual responses
Managing interactions in a dedicated flow
“Utility” templates sent in response to a customer message remain free.

Key changes now in effect:
24h conversation-based model removed
Messages sent via templates are billed per template
24h window still applies for incoming messages (when the customer engages or interacts with your first template)
