Add This Feature to Your Flow
To send an automatic message after a customer message:
1️⃣ Go to your Flow Settings.
2️⃣ Enable automatic messages (greeting message).
Set Up the Automatic Message
Customize your response, for example:
📩 "Hello, thank you for your message. We will get back to you shortly."
This message is automatically sent after every manual message from a customer.
💡 Good to know: You can also set up a flow or a template as an automatic response within the flow.
