Step 1️⃣: How to trigger this flow?

2 - Inbound Message
​

You can also create an inbound message to enrich your email buttons or offer a click-through link via other channels.

Example for an email button:

Add a button in your email with the text:
​"Join our WhatsApp Club"
​
This button will redirect your customers to your WhatsApp chat.
​

Important: After clicking the button, customers need to initiate the conversation by sending you a message. Once their message is received, you can register them as opt-ins and send them the Welcome flow.


Step 2️⃣: Opt-in

Add the opt-in status to customers triggering the flow after their sign-up.


Step 3️⃣: Create your welcome message

This message welcomes your customers and confirms their membership in your WhatsApp Club. Be sure to include a discount code and a link to your website so they can use it immediately.
