The "Performance" tab allows you to track and analyze revenue and costs associated with your WhatsApp activities, either globally or by specific automations and campaigns.

Configure the Attribution Window

What is the attribution window?

  • It is the period during which revenue is attributed to an interaction or a campaign.

How to define it?

  • You can choose a period of 1 or 2 days (recommended).

  • This window is essential for analyzing the impact of campaigns over a given period.

Define the Analysis Period

You can choose:

  • A generic period (e.g., "last 30 days").

  • A custom period between two specific dates.

Key performance indicators to track:

  • Cost: The amount spent to run the campaign or flow.

  • Delivered: The total number of messages sent.

  • Open rate / Read: The percentage of messages opened compared to the total sent.

Interactions:

Interactions include all actions taken by users within the flow or campaign. This includes:

  • Interaction rate: The total percentage of clicks, whether on a button in your message (quick reply) or a redirection button outside the flow (link to your website, social media, etc.).

  • Response rate: The click rate on the quick reply buttons integrated into your message.

  • Click-through rate (CTR): The click rate on external redirection buttons. This measures interest in the offers or external links provided.

Conversions

ROI is calculated as follows:

Example: Spend €10 to generate €100 → x10.

Analyze performance per message in the flow

Thanks to the statistics integrated directly into your automations and campaigns, you can now track performance at the level of each branch of the flow.
👉 This allows you to quickly understand:

  • The number of messages delivered, read, and clicked

  • The revenue generated by each sequence

  • The real impact of your scenarios on your sales

👉 To do this:

  1. Click on your flow builder (Campaigns & Automations)

  2. Select the “Analytics” block at the bottom left

Additional feature – The purple “eye” icon on the Home tab 👁️💜

On the Home tab, the purple eye icon gives you a detailed view of individual purchases.

  • You can see exactly who made a purchase,

  • When the purchase happened,

  • And how much revenue it generated.

This feature helps you go beyond aggregated statistics to track the real impact of WhatsApp on your customers’ behavior and revenue.
