Configure the Attribution Window
What is the attribution window?
It is the period during which revenue is attributed to an interaction or a campaign.
How to define it?
You can choose a period of 1 or 2 days (recommended).
This window is essential for analyzing the impact of campaigns over a given period.
Define the Analysis Period
You can choose:
A generic period (e.g., "last 30 days").
A custom period between two specific dates.
Key performance indicators to track:
Cost: The amount spent to run the campaign or flow.
Delivered: The total number of messages sent.
Open rate / Read: The percentage of messages opened compared to the total sent.
Interactions:
Interactions include all actions taken by users within the flow or campaign. This includes:
Interaction rate: The total percentage of clicks, whether on a button in your message (quick reply) or a redirection button outside the flow (link to your website, social media, etc.).
Response rate: The click rate on the quick reply buttons integrated into your message.
Click-through rate (CTR): The click rate on external redirection buttons. This measures interest in the offers or external links provided.

ROI is calculated as follows:
Example: Spend €10 to generate €100 → x10.
