1️⃣ Finalize Your Messages and Submit Templates
Before scheduling your campaign, ensure that the design and copywriting of your messages are finalized.
Then, submit your templates. Wait a few seconds while Meta validates the templates. You will be informed of their approval or any potential issues.
Once your flow is validated, you can proceed to schedule your campaign.
2️⃣ Create a New Campaign
Go to the "Campaigns" section: After your templates are validated, go to the "Campaigns" tab in the WAX application.
Create a Campaign: Click on "New" and give your campaign a name.
3️⃣ Select the Content to Send
Choose a Flow: Once the campaign name is set, you will need to select the content you wish to send.
Verify Templates: If your campaign doesn’t appear in the list, this could be because a template is not validated or the initial template is not set to "start note". To set a template to "start note," click the three dots on the template and select this option.
4️⃣ Select the Campaign Audience
Choose the Audience: After selecting your content, you will need to choose the audience to which you want to send the campaign. Click the button to select your audience.
Sync with Klaviyo: If you want the audience to be updated in real time, you can sync your Klaviyo list. This ensures your audience is up-to-date.
5️⃣ Set the Date and Time of Sending
Select Date and Time: Click on the calendar and choose the date and time you want to send your campaign.
Select the Time Zone: Ensure that the time zone is properly set for your campaign.
6️⃣ Configure Campaign "Pacing"
What is "Pacing"? : Pacing allows you to spread the sending of your campaign over a set period. Instead of sending all your messages in a few minutes, you can distribute them over 60 minutes, for example. This prevents Meta from considering the sending as spam, which could harm your Quality Score.
Pacing Recommendations: For accounts with a low Quality Score or a minimum limit of 1000 messages per day, it’s recommended to set the pacing to 60 minutes.
7️⃣ Final Check and Confirmation
Check the Summary: Before scheduling your campaign, you can review a summary of your quality score and the estimated costs of the campaign. This helps ensure everything is correct.
Alerts and Notifications: If you have a 1000 messages per day limit or a low Quality Score, alerts will appear to remind you to adjust your campaign. In this case, check that:
Your campaign is not scheduled for an audience exceeding the limit set by META.
You are not targeting a "cold" audience that might be more likely to report your messages, which could hurt your Quality Score.
A "Unsubscribe" button is included in your campaign to reduce the risk of being marked as spam by META.
8️⃣ Schedule the Campaign
Once everything is set and validated, click "Schedule Campaign". Your campaign will appear as "Scheduled" and you can review its summary at any time.
