WAX PRODUCT UPDATE 🚀

Latest updates on the platform – February 2025

Updated over 2 months ago

Simplification of Campaign Creation

Previously, creating a campaign involved multiple steps:

  • Go through the "Automation" tab to create the content.

  • Navigate to "Campaign" to schedule the send.

Now, everything is done directly from the "Campaign" tab:

  • Go to Campaign.

  • Click on "New".

  • Choose a template or start from scratch.

  • Work on your template.

  • Validate the campaign, select your audience, and schedule the send.

Removal of the "Template" Tab

This update includes the removal of the "Template" tab:

All campaigns must include an unsubscribe button, which must be linked to an "opt-out node," requiring the use of the Flow Builder.

Now, whether you're sending a simple campaign or a more complex flow, everything is managed from the "Campaign" tab.

Automations: No Changes

There are no major changes to automations:

  • Go to the "Automation" tab.

  • Click on "Create Automation".

  • Access the template library, organized by category.

  • Duplicate a template and customize it as needed.

This structure ensures that automations remain easy and efficient to use.

A New Homepage: Home

Now, when you log in to Wax, you will land on a new page called "Home". This page provides quick access to:

  • Ongoing automations and campaigns in progress,

  • A graph displaying your account’s key performance indicators (KPIs),

  • A list of your active automations and recent campaigns.

A New "Get Started" Page

Another new feature is the "Get Started" page, which simplifies the integration and setup of Wax. This section guides you through the key setup steps:

  • Configuring your organization.

  • Setting up recommendations for marketing and transactional automations.

  • Tracking the setup of opt-in mechanisms and marketing campaigns.

View Attributed Conversions in One Click

Discover the new feature that allows you to easily track your conversions, one by one!

It's simple: go to the homepage, then just click on the eye icon to view the name, surname, amount, order date, and the dates when each customer opened the WhatsApp messages.

Once you click on the eye icon, you will be able to view the attributed conversions:
