How do I activate my ON OFF account?
Once your account has been created by your CSM, you'll receive an email containing your login details and an automatically generated password.
From the email, click "Log in from a computer".
Copy the password provided and click the link to access the login page. Then:
Enter your email address and the provided password.
Confirm to access the ONOFF portal.
Once logged in, you'll be redirected to the ONOFF portal.
Locate your phone number, shown on the left of the page.
👉 This is the number you'll use to connect your WhatsApp Business account in META.
💡 Option 2: Buy an eSIM
You can directly buy an e-sim with a new phone number to use exclusively on your WhatsApp account.
