Redeeming Your eReward Card
The Visa Prepaid eReward card does not require address or name information during the claim process, making the claim process quick and easy.
Claim your card and choose Visa Prepaid eReward Card.
Click Follow this link to your full gift card to access your virtual Visa.
When the page is loaded, you will see your card created and ready to spend.
To see your full card number, click Show and your card details will be revealed.
With your card details created and available to be seen, you are good to start spending the card.
💡Do not delete your original email or link. Your card page also shows your balance and transaction history and the original email/link will bring you back to the card page.
Using your Virtual Prepaid eReward Card
You can use the Reward Card to pay for online, in-store, phone and mail order purchases everywhere Visa is accepted.
Using Online
Choose ‘Credit’ as the payment method (do not select ‘Gift Card’).
Enter your card information just like you would for a credit or debit card.
In the billing address section, use your name and address.
Make sure your card balance covers the full purchase, including taxes.
Some transactions may place a temporary hold of up to 20% above the purchase amount. Check your Cardholder Agreement for details.
Using In-Store
Add your card to your preferred wallet: Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Samsung Pay. Instructions can be found here.
Open your wallet app and select the correct card.
Tap on the terminal at the time of payment.
💡Merchants may be able to manually type in your card information for purchases as well.
Tracking Balance and Transactions
Your current balance and transaction history can be found on the same page as the card, towards the bottom of the page.
