Claim and Activation
Once you claim your card and confirm your selection you’ll receive a token to redeem your Virtual Prepaid Visa. Follow the link to myprepaidcentre.com.au/home, enter your token, register your information, and accept the Cardholder Agreement.
After that, your card details will be ready to use online or added to your preferred wallet for in-store purchases. Be sure to save your card information for future transactions.
💡When activated, you will receive a confirmation email for you card which includes a "Retrieve Card" link. Keep this email to access your card in the future.

My Prepaid Centre does provide the option to create an account with them to store and keep track of cards you receive hosted by them. This is great if you may receive more cards in the future. Information can be found here.
Using Your Card
Shopping Online
Enter your Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV at checkout.
Use the same billing name and address you registered since some sites, like Amazon, require exact matches, including capitalization.
Complete your purchase!
👉 Make sure your cart total does not exceed your card balance.
Shopping In Store
Add your card to Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Samsung Pay. [Instructions here]
Open your wallet app, select the card, and tap at the terminal to pay.
In-Store Purchases can only be done using contactless payment
