Claiming your card
With the AUD Virtual Prepaid Visa, there are two parts to claiming your card and accessing the card information.
Claim your AUD Virtual Prepaid Visa to reveal your unique token.
Copy your token, go to myprepaidcentre.com.au/home and enter the token.
Once entered, you will be asked to fill out a form with your information:
Full Name
Address
Phone Number
Email
Once entered, you will need to agree with their Cardholder agreement and confirm your previous details.
Once done the card information will be revealed to you and you will see the options of adding to a virtual wallet, or adding to a profile (if you have one with them). You will also receive an additional email from them as well.
Email verification
With the card created and initial steps done, an additional link will be emailed to you which allows you to access the card and transaction history in the future.
Open the email and click Retrieve Card Number.
You will be asked to provide a verification code. This code can be sent to you by text, or email.
Once you enter the verification code, you will have access to your card information again.
Save this email in your inbox as it will be the easiest way to access your card information when needed.
With your card now set up, you are good to start spending. If you are expecting to receive or claim more of this type of reward in the future, it may be worth creating a profile on My Prepaid Center to connect cards directly to your account.

Using Your Card
Shopping Online
Enter your Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV at checkout.
Use the same billing name and address you registered since some sites, like Amazon, require exact matches, including capitalization.
Complete your purchase!
👉 Make sure your cart total does not exceed your card balance.
Shopping In Store
Add your card to Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Samsung Pay. [Instructions here]
Open your wallet app, select the card, and tap at the terminal to pay.
In-Store Purchases can only be done using contactless payment
