In order to send rewards, your Giftbit account will need funds to fulfill the rewards that you are sending. There are three different options available for funding your Giftbit Account:
Credit card payment
Bank transfer
Direct debit
Paypal is not an accepted form of payment with Giftbit.
💡If you are sending rewards outside of USA and Canada, you will need to set up a default currency or fund your account by wire. Giftbit offers wire options for USD, CAD, GBP, EURO, AUD, and MXN currently. Further info can be found here.
Credit Cards 💳
Giftbit accepts the following credit cards for adding credits to a Giftbit account:
USA: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club
Canada: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
A 3.5% fee applies to credit card payments.
To add a credit card to your account, click your username in the bottom left and go to Account Overview. Here you can add a card for both USD and CAD. The card can be the same for both you will just need to enter it twice.
If you have no card on your account when you place your first order, you will be prompted to do so during the order process.
With credit card funding, you can pre-fund the account using Buy Credits on the left menu or credits can be purchased for the exact amount during the order process of sending rewards.
💡One credit card can be used to fund CAD or USD orders using the others currency by setting a default currency. Information on that can be found here.
Wire, Bank Transfer, ACH, EFT 🏦
Giftbit does not apply any additional fees to bank transfers.
When sending a wire transfer include a note on the transfer that includes your Giftbit username (Email). Funds sent by wire will take 2-5 business days to process, if the funding has not been applied after this time period contact finance@giftbit.com
If you require a receipt/invoice follow the steps listed in Finance: Request an invoice/receipt.
💡Any pending orders on your account will be released once funds are applied to your account.

Direct Debit ➡️
🇺🇸 Direct Debit is currently only available for USD Funding.
Direct Debit is a hassle-free payment option for your Giftbit account that securely links to your bank, facilitating withdrawals of specified amounts.
Auto-Withdrawal: Set up automatic withdrawals when your account reaches a predefined threshold, streamlining your payment process.
One-time Payments: Customers can request a single withdrawal from their linked bank account whenever additional funds are needed. The Giftbit team initiates the transaction based on the customer’s instruction.
Who Can Sign Up?
Direct Debit is available for accounts funding for USD sending.
How to Get Set Up
To enable Direct Debit for your Giftbit account, you need to complete a contract. Contact our support team (support@giftbit.com), your Sales Representative, or your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) to initiate the setup process.
The contract is necessary for Giftbit to withdraw from your account, nevertheless, your account still has access to all benefits; no minimums or subscription fees.
Processing times
The first direct debit withdrawal may take approximately 5–7 business days to complete while the account is being set up. Once your direct debit is established, ongoing withdrawals typically process within hours (and generally within the same week).
