What happens if I lose my card or if it is stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen reach out to cardsupport@giftbit.com with your name, phone number and zip code associated with the card so we can help as soon as possible.

Can I file a dispute if I do not recognize a transaction?

Yes you can file a dispute if you see a transaction that you do not recognize, reach out to cardsupport@giftbit.com with your name, phone number, zip code associated with the card and the transactions you do not recognize. You can find these by going to giftbit.com/balance.

Visa does require that the dispute be for transactions over $25 and less than 60 days old.

Can I add additional funds to the Visa Incentive Card?

Funds cannot be added to the Visa Incentive card as it is not reloadable.

How do I add the Visa Incentive Card to my Apple/Google/Samsung Pay?

The Visa Incentive Card cannot be added to a digital wallet.

Can I use the Visa Incentive Card at an ATM/cash-back purchase?

The Visa Incentive Card cannot be turned into physical cash and therfore cannot be used at ATMS or for cash-back transactions.

Do I need to complete a credit check to claim the Visa Incentive Card?

No, there is no credit check for the Visa Incentive Card.

Can I split payment between multiple cards?

Splitting payment is currently not possible with the Virtual Visa during online transactions. For transactions, you cannot exceed the balance on the card.

What information does Giftbit need?

  • To claim the Visa Incentive Card, you must provide your legal name, address, and phone number. P.O. Boxes are not accepted.)

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or older if residing in a U.S. state where the majority is over 18.)

Can I claim and spend a Visa Incentive Card if I'm not a U.S. citizen?

  • You must be a resident of the United States with a verifiable physical U.S. street address. P.O. boxes are not accepted.

  • Visa Incentive Cards are not available for residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the
    U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or other U.S. territories.

  • You cannot spend the Visa Incentive card outside of the United States.

Are there any additional fees to activate or spend the Visa Incentive Card?

As the cardholder, Giftbit does not charge you any fees for claiming or spending a Visa Incentive Card. Keep in mind that merchants or vendors may charge a fee for processing credit card purchases
