Resending Rewards to Recipients

How to resend rewards to recipients when they may not have received it or need another email as they lost the info

If a recipient has lost their reward information, you can easily resend the reward to them!

  1. Select Contacts and search for a recipient by name or email

  2. Click on the recipient to see their full gifting history

  3. Under Status, if the claim status is Sent and Redeemable the offer has been sent to the recipient by they have not claimed the reward

    • The recipient can search for an email from gifts@giftbit.com and follow the steps listed in the offer

    • The resend option can be selected to issue another copy of the original offer email

  4. This does not result in a new offer being placed, you will not be charged for reattempting delivery of the original offer

💡If you have selected "Promotional Rewards" (rewards that have a claim by date), Giftbit will automatically send a reminder to all recipients who have not yet claimed their reward 30 days before it expires. It is not recommended to resend the reward multiple times as it can increase the chance recipients view it as spam.
