Report Types

In Giftbit, there are three types of reports you can pull:

  • Operations Report:
The Operations Report provides details and stats on gifts that were sent, cancelled, expired and undeliverable. Great for insights on the health of your rewards program!

๐Ÿ’ก TIP: View the bottom of your report for a history of the individual offers sent within the specified dates.

  • Financial Report:
This report is all about the financial activity within your account. From the value of gifts sent during a period to any funding that took place for your Giftbit account to balance at the start of end of the reporting period.
