Giftbit reports provide comprehensive insights into your account activity, covering everything from financial transactions and funding events to reward distribution, redemptions, and engagement trends.
Report Types
In Giftbit, there are four types of reports you can pull.
Operations Report | It gives you an overview of all gifts sent, canceled, expired, or undeliverable. It’s a great way to track the health of your rewards program and monitor reward statuses.

Financial Report | This report summarizes your account balance, total rewards sent, and all funding activity, including team balance transfers. |
Recipient Summary Report | This report provides detailed gift count and amount information organized on the individual contact level. This level of data helps with finance and tax requirements, but it also provides insights into your most engaged and disengaged contacts. |
Transaction Report 🆕 | The Transaction Report is a detailed ledger of every financial event in your Giftbit account, including funding, orders, conversions, and credits. How to Run a Report
Running a report in Giftbit is quick and easy! Here’s how:
Go to Reports – Select "Reports" from the left-hand menu.
Create a New Report – Click "New Report" in the top right, choose the report type, and set your date range.
If you have Team Accounts enabled, you can select which accounts to include.
Click "Request Report" in the top right. You’ll be taken back to the main Reports page while it generates.
Access your report – The time it takes to generate depends on the amount of data. Once ready, you can download it right from the Reports page.
