What if my card is lost or I notice suspicious activity?

If your card is lost or you notice a charge you don't recognize, please contact the merchant where the transaction occurred as soon as possible.

Because this is a prepaid card, transactions are treated like cash and cannot be reversed. This means:

  • Purchases cannot be refunded or disputed through Giftogram

  • Any issues (such as incorrect charges, returns, or undelivered items) must be handled directly with the merchant

  • Transactions made before a card is reported lost or compromised are not recoverable

If your card is lost or compromised, any remaining balance at the time it is reported may be transferred to a replacement card after your information is verified.
