The fastest way: Use the link in your Giftogram email
After redeeming your Giftogram, you received one of the following:
A Giftogram delivery email with your digital prepaid card link, or
A prepaid card confirmation email after activation
Clicking the link in either of these emails will take you directly to your secure card dashboard, where you can view:
Your current balance
Recent transactions
Or, visit the Manage Card site
Can't find your email? You can visit this site to enter your card details and find your balance.
For cards issued before 3/1/2025:
To view your card balance or transaction history, please enter your card number and 6-digit security code at www.getmybalance.com.
