How to reload your Amazon balance with your prepaid card:
Log into your Amazon account.
Go to Your Account → Gift Card Balance.
Select Reload Your Balance.
In the field labeled Other, enter your current prepaid Mastercard balance.
Complete the purchase using your prepaid Mastercard.
To check your current balance:
After redeeming your Giftogram, you received one of the following:
A Giftogram delivery email with your digital prepaid card link, or
A prepaid card confirmation email after activation
Clicking the link in either of these emails will take you directly to your secure card dashboard, where you can view:
Your current balance
Recent transactions
For cards issued before 3/1/2025:
To view your card balance or transaction history, please enter your card number and 6-digit security code at www.getmybalance.com.
