A massing study changes constantly as a deal's numbers move: a taller building here, a wider setback there. Use the Modify tool (icon looks like a face being pushed outward) to reshape an existing geometry instead of redrawing it. Click the down arrow on the Modify tool to choose from its five options.

Choose Push / pull, or press Shift+G, to push and pull a building's faces, edges, and points in 3D.

Choose Offset, or press Shift+O, to grow or shrink a shape, or move a line parallel to itself.

Choose Align edge to line up one edge with another, like squaring a building to a property line.

Choose Align feature to set a building flush against a property line or another building.

Choose Extend line to run a road, setback, or easement line out until it meets another shape.
