Views are saved “screenshots” of your project.
Each View consists of:
A map camera position (zoom, bearing, pitch, center)
An image. By default, the image is a screenshot of the map when the View was created, and it can be changed to any image by uploading a file of your choice.
A capture of the state of the map's layers (shown in the left bar).
A name and description for the View
Click a view to navigate to that camera angle and layer state on the canvas.
Views animate a smooth camera transition on click.
You can use Views to:
Create Working states - if you prefer to have different map, solar, and visual settings for working on different parts of your project
Create and Manage Options - Turn layers on and off in different Views to cycle through options
Simulate the passage of time - create views that represent project phases. Review the resultant Urban Calculations as you phase through the project.
Tell the story - Step stakeholders through your project, showing different layers, angles, or times of day in each view
Add project images to your Report Builder pages.
