Projects have lots of contextual information. You might have a broker's report, a zoning overview from the county website, and a survey from your civil engineer.
Use project attachments to keep all of your files accessible directly from your Giraffe projects.
Open Project Settings on the left. The icon looks like a cog.
Click "attachments."
All project attachments will live in this tab of project settings.
Open the file, or edit its in formation.
To upload a new file, click add "attachment."
Upload your file.
If the file is a jpg or png, you can select the amount of compression:
Give the file a new name, if desired. This is the name that will display in the attachments tab.
Enterprise tier accounts can also choose if the file is viewable to guests.
Click save to complete the upload.
