Overview
Profile settings → White label → Email setup is for the email domain. After you submit a domain, the product shows DNS records (such as records used for sender authentication). Add them at your DNS provider, then run Verify in the Dashboard.
What you can do here:
Enter the email domain you want to authenticate
Copy DNS rows into your registrar or DNS host
Verify after propagation
Until verification succeeds, the UI may stay in a “pending” style—do not assume email is fully aligned with your domain until Verify completes without errors.
Workflow
Open Profile settings → White label → Email setup.
Type your email domain and start setup to receive the DNS table.
Create each listed record exactly as shown (host/name, type, value).
Wait for DNS to propagate (from a few minutes up to 48 hours depending on the provider).
Click Verify in the Dashboard.
After success, use Automation and Automation Settings to choose sender addresses that match your verified domain, following the guidance in those screens.
Coordination with Automation Settings
After Email setup is verified, Automation Settings (per location) lets you pick sender options that use your domain. If a sender address is not available, double-check Email setup verification and the spelling of the domain.
