If you have an issue with your online order, please contact us and provide the following details within 5 days of receiving your order to ensure the issue can be effectively resolved:

If your issue involves a damaged order, ensure to document the damage clearly, including photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging (if applicable).

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Images of item/s and/or packaging if applicable

    • For damaged items, include close-up photos clearly showing the damaged item(s) and packaging (if applicable)
