If you have received the gift, the phone number registered on your gift card is incorrect. There may be several reasons for this:
If you registered the wrong phone number when you received your gift, you won't be able to find the gift card in the Glede app
The sender entered the wrong phone number when they gave the gift to you
If you've already received the gift, you can easily fix it by changing the phone number on the gift as described here.
Have you not yet received a gift from the sender? If so, the sender has most likely entered the wrong email or phone number. You must then contact the sender so that they can change the phone number/email to your number.
